Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

Is there a deposit or application fee?

None — zero. There is no deposit and no fee to submit an application. The only time money changes hands is the adoption fee, and that happens on the day you meet your dog, decide you love them, and sign the adoption paperwork. No surprises, no pressure.

What's included in the adoption pack?

Every dog comes home with a full care package: a reusable tote bag, collar and leash, a supply of their current food (to ease the transition), a written puppy or dog schedule, full vaccine records, microchip registration info, and a free first vet exam voucher. Everything you need to start strong.

Do you really deliver to my door — at no extra cost?

Yes, really. Once your application is approved and your match is confirmed, we coordinate transport directly to your home. No airport pickup, no long drives — your new best friend arrives at your front door.

How long does the process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once you're approved and matched with a dog, delivery is typically arranged within 1–3 weeks depending on your location.

What is foster-to-adopt?

Foster-to-adopt means you welcome a dog into your home on a trial basis — no commitment required up front. If the match feels right (which it usually does), you simply choose to adopt when you're ready. Many of our happiest families started exactly this way.

What breeds do you rescue?

We focus on instantly recognizable, beloved breeds — Doodles, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Shih Tzus, Dachshunds, Collies, Shelties, Aussies, Boston Terriers, French Bulldogs, Pugs, Schnauzers, Pomeranians, Yorkies, Cocker Spaniels, and more. Mostly small to mid-size purebreds and family-friendly crosses.

What if it's not a good fit?

We never leave you stranded. If the placement isn't working for any reason, reach out and we'll work through it with you — extra support, a different match, or a smooth return process. Zero judgment, always.
